Teaching
I invite people of all ages to discover the joy of creating their own movements. In my workshops and classes—whether with children, seniors, or people with disabilities—we explore improvisation, body awareness, and choreography in a playful and open way. Everyone is welcome to move, experiment, and express themselves.
traces
On the weekend of May 23 and 24, we would like to invite you to a workshop around the theme of traces.
Traces can be found everywhere – in nature, in movement, and in memory. During these two days we will explore together what traces are, how they emerge, and what they can reveal or carry with them. Our starting point will be dance: How does movement leave a trace in space, in the body, or in perception? What remains from a movement once it has passed?
The workshop is conceived as a shared space for exploration – curious, open, and experimental. We will dance, observe, follow movements, and sense the traces they leave, while also taking time to exchange and reflect together.
📅 Saturday & Sunday, May 23–24
⏰ 10:00 – 16:00
📍 Cologne
We are very much looking forward to discovering and exploring traces together with you – and perhaps leaving some new ones behind.

Nightfall
Playing with awareness, movement and
performance during sunset.
We are staying in a public space for around two hours and we explore by playing:
How do we sense space and how do we move in it? What influence does the change in light have on our body, the group and the space around us? Which spaces are created or disappear by the light?

Home - Far away so close
Feeling at home in a movement. How would you move? This is basically the question we explore and play with during this weekend workshop. And how we can share this with other people.
We have time to delve into our awareness of our body, play with different movement qualities and improvisation invitations. Finding our own way of moving.
We work with exercises from Instant Composition, somatics like Body-Mind Centering and Authentic Movement.

Hop, Skip & Jump
Creative Dance with school kids
We explored different ways of jumping, how to twist in mid-air and enjoyed our strength and the air in our face. :)
So much fun with the shadows, our Doppelgänger!
Looping Spaces
Playing with awareness, movement and performance
in public space.
We are staying in a public space for around two
hours and we explore by playing:
How do we sense space, and how do we move in it?

Doheem
Creating, playing and choreographing in a beautiful garden in Luxemburg for the performance in June.
One weekend workshop in Utrecht (NL), one in Trier (Ger) and finally in Luxemburg.

When do you feel at home?
